Big words, I know. But: True words. Amelia and I voted, and we both agree. It’s the best.
This dough is so good, her oldest kid literally pinches pieces of it RAW UNCOOKED to eat. She’s like a raw pizza dough vulture. It is remarkable. Also, slightly gross.
This dough is pretty fool proof- the thing that makes this really special is roasted garlic. Roasted garlic freezes, so just make an entire bag (I’m talking costco bag of garlic) and freeze it. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS. ROASTED GARLIC FOR PRESIDENT.
